This pamphlet is quite prescriptive of the do's and don'ts of effective and efficient communication for change: how to say the right thing to the right people at the right time, in the right place. It is the communication my teams and I used to influence entire industries worldwide to adopt natural resources management practices that expand life systems instead of destroying them.

A deep dive into how the two polar aspects of words—sign and meaning—create chaos or harmony depending on whether they are misaligned or aligned.
Both philosophical and practical, this pamphlet goes forensically deep into the anatomy of words and describes how words create our experience of reality in spacetime. Using the phrase “sustainable development” (a misnomer) as an example, it explains why humans do not understand each other but think they do, and offers a simple way out of this conundrum, accessible to anyone.
